By accessing and using Creative Coders' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Creative Coders provides software development, BPO services, and digital solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Creative Coders retains the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creative Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
